The unit contains many ideas on how to become a better teacher using 'smart' lesson plans writing and monitoring your own lessons in order to have your lessons improved. Very useful and helpful for me was an example of a lesson plan itself, especially timing and phase columns, because I've never seen an importance of this kind of notes and after this plan exploration I will use this tool for all of my plans.
