There are certain requirements employers will look for in order to teach abroad. These are:

• Employees must be native or fluent speakers of English.
• Employees must be trained according to international standards.
• Employees must have a TESOL certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Employees must be certified by an accredited, moderated, internationally recognized company.
