College Diploma TESOL

Previous to taking this course I had been teaching in korea, taiwan and england, for several years. It has really helped my grammar and made me aware that I need to keep studying in that area. I feel more confident because I have absorbed a lot of information on this specific subject (TESL) and it has forced me to imagine myself in teaching situations I am not presently in but that I may find myself situated in, in the future. I feel far more prepared to tackle new areas and I have a source of information in case I need to refresh on any areas covered in this course. I have started to use the ESA lesson plan methods as habit, and I feel that my students will benefit greatly from these models of study. For the most part I will continue to do what feels natural and comfortable in class for me and my students, but having this course as a resource is a great help to me. Knowing that what I'm doing as a teacher, or how I'm teaching, is working and I'm doing it correctly just gives me more motivation to learn more and teach more. Thanks ITTT
