Agency TESOL Training

I have just started teaching and I felt that I really needed to improve myself as a teacher hence, the need to complete this course. I knew that it would be somewhat challenging but it has been extremely rewarding. I have gotten the opportunity to revise a lot of vital areas of english and I am most grateful to have been given the chance to go over areas such as; the tenses and parts of speech. In addition, I have done lesson plans using the ESA method which have put a lot of what I have been doing into perspective. Ultimately, this method has helped me to organize and structure my lessons in a better way. Furthermore, learning strategies taught in this course have helped me to independently complete my task. I want to make teaching my future career therefore, the need to get certified. I also feel that the course was very well organized and structured in areas which are necessary to enhance a teacher in the classroom with the knowledge and confidence to start teaching at any age.
