TESOL Videos - English Lesson - Present Perfect
This is what one of our TEFL graduates feels he has gained from the course, or a part of it, and how he plans to put into action what he has learned.
This was the final unit in this course. It went over troubleshooting techniques for issues that may arrive in the classroom. Many of these problems I have experienced first hand, and though I wish this unit were perhaps a little more thorough, I found the information helpful. Classrooms of course tend to have a combination of these issues, such as reluctant students in a larger class etc so a number of these methods may need to be employed at a time. If you pair a weak, reluctant student, with a strong, confident one it may push the former into further reluctance for some exercises. So you should select exercises that necessitate the involvement of both students, ie role playing.
