What I learned from this unit is that tests are a valuable tool for teachers as it allows them to customize their classes to their students needs as well as offer up diagnosis of retention of knowledge and placement of students in proper courses. Where tests have a fault in my opinion is that tests only allow you to see how hard one has studied for said test, it doesn't equate for how well they can think on the fly or how well they can speak as most tests are written exams.
