This unit is about ways of managing the classes. In the first part the importance of eye contact and gestures and voice are mentioned. The second part focuses on different groupings and arrangement of students. The next part is about giving instructions to students and TTT and STT and the last part is about the discipline and managing problem behaviour. For me the most beneficial part was the one about the discipline and solving the conflict and also about the importance of STT and the teacher ability to be able not to dominate the lesson every time.
