Unit 20 discusses some of the most common problems that a teacher might have in the classroom and some things they can do to deal with said problem. Some of the problems that a teacher might run into are teaching a class for the first time, having a class with students of different levels, students using their native language, and having reluctant students. Since I am currently teaching at a language school I have definitely run into some of these problems. This is my first teaching job so it was difficult to deal with the problems. The biggest problem I have had to deal with is students of different levels in the same class. I have learned how to deal with them through practice and experience. This unit has given me some new ideas to use if I have any of these problems in the future.
