This unit broadens my understanding on a teacher -learner and learner-learner interaction. It also educates on the qualities of both the teacher and the learner.In order for the knowledge to be effectively passed across, the teacher requires certain qualities; the ability to develop a great relationship with learner, know the subject matter, patient, kind and loving e.t.c .Beyond that, teachers serve many roles in the classroom , like they need to be good participants, models, facilitators e.t.c
Learners on the other hand need to be motivated, willing to learn, be able to ask questions and accept corrections in other to learn effectively. Some of these factors however depend on the age, language level of the learner, and cultural background.
Overall, the teacher plays the most role in making sure a learner achieves their goal at the end of the learning process.
