There are options for each budget close to the centre and no more than a fifteen minute bus or subway ride away.

1. Shared House

Price range: approx $10 per night
Ideal for those looking for a cheaper option and don’t mind living with others, shared houses have lower initial and monthly costs compared to regular rental apartments or hotels.

 2. Guesthouses $30 per night

There are several tourist guesthouses in the local area. These can range from simple Korean style rooms to more western style bedrooms with private bathrooms. Many provide simple breakfasts for guests and some also include dinner.

3. AIRBNB

Price range: approx $30 per night
There are many different types of rooms or apartments you can choose from with a wide price range.

4. Business Hotels/Designer Hotels

Price range: approx $60 per night
Those looking for a cleaner, more comfortable stay at a higher yet still reasonable price, can look at the many business hotels in the area such as the IBIS Ambassador or designer hotels such as Hotel The Designers or Shilla Stay.

5. High End Hotels

Price range: approx $90 per night
High end hotels such as the Hilton, Hyatt and the Sheraton are also possibilities for those looking for accommodation at a higher price range.
