1. English Language Instructors Required in Kuwait.

The continuing expansion of training operations in the Kuwait Oil Sector has created opportunities for English Language Instructors - based in Kuwait, working for TQLS Logistics. Teaching takes place in training centres at various locations throughout Kuwait. Normal working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 7am to 3pm. English for business, ESP and general English are all offered to our trainees.

Qualifications:

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is 900 Kuwaiti Dinars per month tax free (KD900 = $3195). Holders of MA's will receive 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars per month (KD1000=$3550). Other benefits include: 30 working days annual leave plus government & religious holidays (a further 10/11 days), annual return flight allowance, free furnished accommodation, fully air conditioned and maintained with all utilities paid (single occupancy), together with free transportation to and from the workplace.

Contracts are not for a fixed period of time and are open ended.

2. Vacancy for two English Instructors in Kuwait

Our client is a major petroleum company in Kuwait. We are currently looking to recruit 2 Experienced English Instructors to join our team. You will be required to teach both General and Technical English to prepare and support Female Kuwaiti students (High school Diploma holders) on a pilot female BTEC training programme within the Petroleum Sector.

Prior experience of this sector is not required for the post. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and resourceful. Previous experience of the Middle East would be an advantage but is not essential. Working in Kuwait is a pleasant experience and culturally diverse, offering everything that you would expect from a modern city.

The contract is for 9 months (3 months on 2 weeks off cycle where you will get to return home every 3 months). Work will be full time, 5 days per week (Saturday toWednesday). There will be a minimum of 6 contact hours per day.

Requirements for the position:

• Female (Due to religious and cultural differences).
• Bachelor's Degree (from an accredited university).
• Preferably PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate of Education)
• TESOL certification or other recognized teaching English as a second language qualification.
• Minimum 5 years relevant EFL experience.
• Proven experience in developing English programmes.
• Able to commit for a contract period of 9 months.
• Be a native English Speaker.
